Ludhiana is roughly 100 km from New Chandigarh by road. The usual route runs from Ludhiana toward Samrala and Kharar, and from Kharar to Mullanpur on the Mullanpur–Kharar road. Another option is via Rupnagar (Ropar) and the Chandigarh–Kurali–Rupnagar highway. Travel time is typically two hours or more depending on route and traffic, so plan an early start for site visits.
Eco City-1 resale plots have been advertised from about ₹2 crore for 150 sq. yd. to ₹7.5 crore for 500 sq. yd. These are asking prices, not GMADA rates. If you can wait, the 716-acre Eco City-3 has environmental clearance and may offer a GMADA draw later. Compare in the price list.
